ANNOUNCEMENT

SUBMISSION OF RETURN OF EMPLOYMENT OF NON-CITIZENS (TFN 903)

We wish to remind Employers who have not yet submitted Returns of employment of Non-Citizens (TFN 903) for the period ending 31^st December, 2023 to make sure that they submit duly filled Return Forms on or before 28^th February, 2024.

Section 16 of the Non-Citizens (Employment Regulation) Act Cap 436 and Regulation 20 of Non - Citizens (Employment Regulation) Regulations, 2016 require every Employer who has engaged non-Citizen employee(s), to submit to the Labour Commissioner such Returns on or before June, 30^th and 31^st December each year.

This announcement is a Final Reminder to Employers to abide with the requirements of the law at all times in submitting such Returns.
